At C4 Shop, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order on cfourshop.in.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To request a return:
- A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof while submitting the return request.
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Return requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery
- Orders without a valid unboxing video
- Returns requested due to change of mind or personal preference
Refund Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Important Notes
- C4 Shop reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
- Minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen display are not considered defects.
